Official photos for a new Aoandon figure by Hobby Max have recently surfaced. Aoandon originates from the turn-based strategy game Onmyoji, by NetEase games.
While information about the size and scale of the figure has yet to appear, price and pre-order information is available. The figure will be available to pre-order starting from June 20th, and pre-orders will remain available until July 20th. The price of the figure is ¥1299 (CNY) – around £150 or $200 – however, the announcement does mention a possible ¥999 price point in connection to an event. Unfortunately, the translation made this part unclear.
Either way, we’ll be sure to update you further as soon as more photos or information arrives. In the mean time, take a look at the official photos below.

don’t you think these models are overpriced?
On first impressions it seems a bit pricy, yeah. But there’s not a lot of details about the figure yet, so it’s hard to say.
There’s also that thing with it having two prices, which has me curious. The lower price brings it down to $150, which is closer to ‘normal’. We’ll just have to see how much it actually sells for, I guess.
Is there any info on where to order her? Will she be in all the regular japanese shops or just on the chinese market?
I haven’t seen any info yet, I’m afraid. At the moment it looks like she’s intended for the Chinese market, but Hobby Max figures sometimes become available on sites like Nippon-Yasan. I’d keep an eye out and see what pops up after pre-orders officially open in a week.
