Chainsaw Man, the popular devil-hunting manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, closed the book on it’s first part today with the release of Chapter 97.

Alongside the announcement of an upcoming second part (set to move to the digital-only Jump+ platform in Japan), it was announced that an anime adaptation is on the way.

The anime is set to be handled by MAPPA, the studio behind the currently ongoing final season of Attack on Titan. MAPPA has also produced popular series like Dorohedoro and Jujutsu Kaisen. There’s no set timeline for the anime’s release, as of yet.

To keep an eye out for more info on the anime and other Chainsaw Man products, you can follow the official Chainsaw Man PR account on Twitter. Alternatively, you can check out the official site for the Chainsaw Man anime (which has a pretty great URL).

If you want to check out the manga, Chainsaw Man can be read in it’s entirety online via Viz Media.
